Good groundwork is invisible when it's done right and impossible to ignore when it isn't. We provide a full groundwork package for extensions, new builds, garages, garden rooms and small commercial sites across Angus and Tayside — from site clearance through to handover ready for the next trade.

Typical jobs include strip and trench foundations, raft slabs, concrete oversites, foul and surface water drainage runs, soakaway installation, sewer connections, manhole construction and reinstatement of hard surfaces afterwards. We work to engineer's drawings or, for straightforward jobs, to a sensible specification we agree with you up front.

Drainage in particular is an area where corners are routinely cut on Scottish sites. We install proper falls, the right pipe diameters, accessible rodding eyes and inspection chambers, so the system actually works for the long term and passes building control without arguments.
